LAOS EXPERIENCE

Luang Prabang, the oldest and loveliest Laos city, was founded between the 6th and 7th centuries, and had served as the capital from the 12th and 14th centuries. This former capital has been recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1995, signifying the presence of impressive cultural and traditional attractions in this small and unique ancient town lying between the Mekong and Khan rivers.

Itinerary

DAY 1

On arrival into Luang Prabang your guide will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. In the afternoon visit Wat Xieng Thong, Wat Sene, Wat Mai, Wat Visoun and Wat Aham. Before returning to your hotel you will be taken to Phusi Hill to watch the sunset.

DAY 2

After breakfast take a boat trip to Tham Ting, a local rice-wine distillery village. Have lunch at a local restaurant before visiting the Kuangsi Waterfall.

DAY 3

Today you will visit the National Museum before having time to do some shopping. After lunch transfer to the airport for your return flight.
